Pirovac is a small fishing village and is located in the heart of Dalmatia - protected in a bay between Biograd in the North and Sibenik in the South.

The picturesque place offers its guests beaches, romantic bays and a typical landscape.

Here you can find the real Mediterranean flair with the numerous olive groves and grapevines.

Coastal pines, laurel bushes and fig trees provide shade and give the fishing village its unique ambiente.

South of Pirovac there is the Maikirina Bay, which is known for its healing mud. The Romans already appreciated the healing effect of this mud and built baths and houses there. Their remains can still be found today.

The partially preserved city wall built at the beginning of the 16th century to defend the village, is evidence of the long history of Pirovac.

The restaurants and small taverns spoil visitors with culinary delicacies from the region. Numerous meat and fish specialties, seafood, but also the wines of the area invite to enjoy. Aft er the beach visit, many bars and clubs offer aperitifs or a delicious cocktail.
